Founder Partner, Gen Sethi retired from the Indian Army after 40 Years of Meritorious Service. He was the Deputy Chief of the Indian Army and also was Head of Finance Department of Army .
A War Veteran of four wars . He fought in Goa operation 1961, Chinese Operation 1962 and Indo- Pak Wars of 1965 and 1971.

He was Awarded the ATI VASHIST SEVA MEDAL (AVSM) & PARAM VISHIST SEVA MEDAL (PVSM) , for distinguished services of the most exceptional order , by the Honorable President of India .
While in service as Deputychif , he was ex officeo Member of the Board of Directors of Bharat Dynamic Ltd , a PSU .
After Retirement he was the member of the Advisory Group of 11th″ Finance Commission Government of India.
In Corporate Sector , The General served as Head of Selection Board of Bharat Heavy Eletrical Ltd , a PSU.
A Phd scholar , The General Brings with him vast experience in Governance and Leadership .
